Comment je pourrais reboucher ce trou, quelqu'un connait une résine que je pourrais mettre.

C'est pas trop le soucis de reboucher le trou, c'est de retrouver une fois le trou boucher le même aspect légèrement granité...

Résine époxy genre Araldite plastique, ça fonctionne très bien, mettre une contre plaque avant à l'arrière collée également avec de la résine.

Du mastic armé de fibre prêt à l'emploi de chez Sinto marche aussi très bien

Merci, je vais regarder ça. Pour la finition, je vais appliquer une peinture style gamelle de filtre à air, Wrinkle black qui donne le même rendu que l'origine.

Un gars sur MOPARTS a fait un post la dessus et voilà le résultat:

The can says that you can apply heat to speed up the wrinkling process. It also says that heat can cause the wrinkles to become "tighter". The origonal wrinkle finish on my parts were very small/tight. It was hard to see that it was even a wrinkle paint. Some areas just looked like a very fine "sand" texture.

It was warm and sunny the day I sprayed the paint. I sprayed the pieces out in the sun. The radio bezel wrinkled a little finer then the heater bezel. I sprayed the radio bezel first and it sat in the hot sun. When I sprayed the heater bezel, it was later in the day and some clouds were in the sky....so YES it makes a difference.

I sprayed SEM Trim Black in the center of the heater bezel first without masking anything. Once that was dry,I masked off the raised rectangle with painters tape using a razor blade to cut the tape exactly where I wanted it. Then I sprayed the wrinkle paint.

I waited a week for the paint to dry before masking the inside and outside of the rectangle for the chrome border paint. I sprayed the chrome paint in two light mist coats.

Finally, I used a fine paint pen for the white letters. It took two applications of the white. The letters looked dirty after the first application. They look nice and crisp now. I was worried about pen strokes but the letters are so fine that it wasn't an issue.

Salut Hervé, le mien a été refait avec de la fibre puis la peinture Black wrinkle utilisée pour la gamelle de filtre à air, comme tu le dis ça donne l'effet d'origine...



Ou alors , comme autres solutions, tu as le bouchon de couleur noir, ou le contacteur racing...

la plaque refaite avec de la fibre, c'est en effet une plaque d'origine pleine sans trou pour autoradio, sinon j'ai une autre plaque prévue elle pour accepter un autoradio ...
