SVL is an association dedicated to preserving the memory of World War II, based in Montfrin (Gard). Active across a large part of Southern France, it organizes commemorations and historical reenactments to bring the key events of 1940–1945 back to life. Through faithful reenactments and remembrance ceremonies, the association pays tribute to the fighters and victims of the war. It collaborates with local authorities and works with schools to raise public awareness, particularly among younger generations, about this crucial period of our history.
