Hello, I have a question. Im presently looking to buy my first fury, a sport fury 66 commando. I would like to know if all the sport fury 66 commando have a 383 4bbl (325hp) or it can be a 2bbl (270hp) ? the vin number 5th digit is a G but I cant find the 100% sure answer on the net concerning the year 66. Thank a lot. Phil

hello phillies911 and welcome aboard !! first of all yes the " G " is for a 383 the difference is coming with the carb , if you have an original 2 bbl it's a 270 hp and if it's a 4 bbl it's for 325 hp

And welcome aboard. Sport Fury's basic engine is the 318 cid small-block. 383's( 2 barrel or 4 barrel carbs ) are both optionnal. The "G" digit is for both the 2 and 4 barrel carbs for '66. Engine code for 383 4 barrel changes for '67.

Heu, Fred, l'humour "inboard", avec des mecs qui débarquent, anglais de surcroît, ça va pas l'faire...

un de mes amis à une sport fury 65/66/67???? CG française rectifiée avec options T TOP et perso c'est une super caisse tres tres sexy...:whistle: :whistle:
